Once you have completed the above webform, your now ready to book in a time for a brief phone interview so we can confirm all the details and clarify any outstanding information. For example, if we notice you may have any defaults or any arrears on your mortgage or the like, we may ask you about how these problems occurred. During the appointment we will confirm the final loan terms and with your permission, send off the request to the lenders lawyers to prepare the loan agreement for you to sign. Now your approved, you will receive the loan documents via email to sign. The lenders lawyers will do a video call / Zoom meeting to remotely undertake ID verification and witness you signing the loan documents.
Loan Settlement
The Lenders Solicitors will now register the second mortgage or Caveat on the title or your property and then transfer the loan proceeds of $30,000 to your nominated company bank account. Note: If your particular situation does not fit out criteria, which may include the structure, collateral type, number of properties, persons or entities etc being more complex, the $1,100 legal fee may be higher, typically up to $3,500. In most cases, it your case involved a Single company, a single property with the owner being the Director of the company, then the $1,100 Standard minimum fee shall apply.
